FIRST ATLAS DELINEATES TWO HIGH-PRIORITY NATURAL HYDROGEN DRILL TARGETS FOLLOWING EXTENSIVE 2026 SOIL-GAS DENSIFICATION CAMPAIGN

Extensive QIMC infill sampling in Oxford–Salt Springs increases resolution of hydrogen anomalies and delineates two high-priority targets for drilling Vancouver, British Columbia – First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE) (“First Atlas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the extensive 2026 natural hydrogen soil-gas densification campaign undertaken by Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (“QIMC”) on behalf of First Atlas has resulted in the delineation of two high-priority drill targets in the Oxford–Salt Springs area of Nova Scotia. The 2026 program was specifically designed to increase sampling resolution around previously identified hydrogen anomalies. QIMC systematically densified soil-gas sampling along existing trails and roads within the Salt Springs licensed properties, generating a substantially more detailed geochemical picture of the target area. The increased sampling density, together with ongoing geological and geophysical interpretation, has enabled the technical team to delineate two high-priority targets for drill testing. 2026 Densification Campaign Delineates Two High-Priority Drill Targets During July and August 2026, QIMC intensified field sampling along existing roads and trails in the Salt Springs area. The objective was not simply to expand regional coverage, but to tighten sample spacing around anomalous hydrogen responses and improve the definition, continuity and spatial relationships of those anomalies. Soil-gas measurements included hydrogen (H₂) together with H₂S, CO, CH₄ and CO₂, with helium (He) subsequently incorporated into the field program. The densification campaign has now provided First Atlas with the resolution required to delineate two high-priority drill targets in the Oxford–Salt Springs area. The targets are being refined through the integration of the soil-gas results with structural interpretation, surficial geology and ground-based geophysical work. This integrated approach is intended to optimize final drill collar locations and orientations rather than rely on individual surface measurements in isolation. Exploration Highlights • QIMC undertook an extensive 2026 soil-gas densification campaign on behalf of First Atlas in the Oxford–Salt Springs area. • Sampling was systematically intensified along existing trails and roads to increase resolution around previously identified elevated hydrogen anomalies. • The higher-density 2026 dataset has resulted in the delineation of two high-priority natural hydrogen drill targets. • Helium and radon-thoron sampling is being used as complementary information in areas associated with anomalous hydrogen concentrations. • Ground magnetometer and gravity surveys are being integrated with the soil-gas dataset to improve definition of subsurface geology and structural controls. • The two targets are being advanced toward final drill-hole design, including collar location, azimuth, inclination and planned depth. Geology The Oxford–Salt Springs area lies within a structurally complex portion of the Cumberland Basin where mapped northwest–southeast, east–west and northeast–southwest faults intersect folded stratigraphy, including rocks of the Windsor Formation and Cumberland Group. Edward Procyshyn, P.Geo., who oversees exploration activities on First Atlas’ Cumberland and Colchester natural hydrogen licences, is leading the geological interpretation of the Oxford–Salt Springs target area. These structures are being evaluated as potential fracture and permeability pathways that may influence the migration of naturally occurring hydrogen from depth. The two delineated drill targets are being refined in relation to these structural features and the spatial distribution of the densified hydrogen soil-gas anomalies. Variable glacial overburden can affect the amount of hydrogen reaching surface and therefore the strength of individual soil-gas measurements. First Atlas and QIMC are consequently integrating the 2026 densified soil-gas results with surficial geology, structural mapping, GIS compilation, gravity and magnetic data to better define potential hydrogen migration pathways and subsurface trapping environments and to optimize the locations and orientations of the two proposed drill holes. Mr. Procyshyn has reviewed the technical information and geological interpretations presented in this news release. CEO Comment “The 2026 densification campaign has accomplished exactly what it was designed to do — take previously identified hydrogen anomalies and systematically increase the resolution around them to define specific locations for drill testing,” said Richard Penn, President and CEO of First Atlas. “QIMC’s team has undertaken an extensive field program along the roads and trails in the Oxford–Salt Springs area, and that higher-density dataset has now allowed us to delineate two high-priority drill targets.” “This represents an important transition for First Atlas from surface exploration to drill targeting in Nova Scotia. Our focus now is on integrating the detailed soil-gas results with the structural and geophysical datasets so that we can optimize the two drill holes and test the strongest targets supported by the combined technical evidence.” Next Steps First Atlas and QIMC will complete the integration of the 2026 soil-gas dataset with helium and radon-thoron measurements, surficial and structural geology, and ground magnetic and gravity data. This work will be used to finalize the collar locations, azimuths, inclinations and planned depths of the two proposed Oxford–Salt Springs drill holes. The current technical concept contemplates NQ core drilling, with final drill parameters subject to field conditions, permitting and operational planning. About First Atlas Resources Corp. First Atlas Resources Commences Field Exploration Program on Cumberland Basin Hydrogen Properties Following Extension of Technical Advisory Agreement with QIMC.

Three QIMC field crews now active on the ground conducting soil-gas sampling to densify hydrogen anomalies and ground magnetic surveying along the Cobequid-Chedabucto Fault Zone QIMC’s record DDH-26-04 results — including a peak reading of 24.3% H₂ — provide additional support for the interpreted relationship between surface soil-gas anomalies and hydrogen-bearing structures at depth, and highlight the significance of the newly recognized IOCG-style alteration system along the corridor Vancouver, British Columbia — July 22, 2026 — First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE) (OTC Pink: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB0) (“First Atlas,” “HHE,” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has extended its collaboration and technical advisory agreement (the “Agreement”) with Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) (OTCQB: QIMCF) (FSE: 7FJ) (“QIMC”). Under the extended Agreement, QIMC exploration teams have commenced the 2026 field exploration program on HHE’s natural hydrogen licences in Cumberland County, Nova Scotia. QIMC currently has three field teams active in the Advocate–Cumberland Basin area conducting systematic soil-gas geochemical sampling — including infill (“densification”) sampling over previously identified elevated hydrogen anomalies — together with ground magnetic surveying. This existing operational footprint allows QIMC to extend its crews, equipment, and its proprietary R2G2™ (Reactivated Rift and Graben Geostructure) targeting methodology directly onto HHE’s ground with no mobilization delay. An Emerging Exploration Model Strengthened by Drilling Results The extension follows QIMC’s July 20, 2026 announcement of final results from diamond drill hole DDH-26-04 at Bennett Hill, Nova Scotia, which included: – A peak mud-gas reading of 24.3% H₂ at 707 metres— the highest single hydrogen reading recorded across QIMC’s four-hole 2026 Advocate Area drilling program; – Six readings at or above 10% H₂ and 46 readings at or above 1% H₂ across the 250 m to 818 m interval, with percent-level hydrogen sustained to within 39 metres of the end of hole; – A consistently clean gas signature — methane at approximately 0% and CO₂ at or below 0.2% — across all four 2026 drill holes at two drill centres located 15 kilometres apart along the Cobequid-Chedabucto Fault Zone, supporting QIMC’s district-scale natural hydrogen model. Critically for HHE, the Bennett Hill drill site was targeted from surface soil-gas hydrogen anomalies identified using the same soil sampling methodology QIMC’s teams are now applying on HHE’s licences. QIMC has interpreted the elevated hydrogen readings in DDH-26-04 — from near-surface through to the end of hole — as consistent with an efficient, active migration pathway connecting a deep-seated hydrogen source to the soil-gas anomalies mapped at surface. In the Company’s view, DDH-26-04 provides encouraging support for the interpretation that surface soil-gas anomalies may reflect active subsurface hydrogen migration pathways, increasing confidence in soil-gas geochemistry as an exploration targeting tool. The IOCG Analogy: A Structural Roadmap for Hydrogen QIMC also reported that core from DDH-26-04 displays pervasive structural and hydrothermal brecciation, hematite-rich alteration, and localized magnetite destruction texturally similar to alteration styles observed in Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (“IOCG”) mineral systems. IOCG systems require high structural permeability — breccia zones, reactivated faults, and penetrative fracture networks in granitoids — conditions considered favourable for fluid migration, including natural hydrogen. These inherited, long-lived permeable corridors are interpreted as favourable migration pathways for natural hydrogen observed along the Cobequid Fault Zone today. HHE’s licences sit along this same regional structural corridor, and the Company’s ground magnetic surveys are designed in part to map these iron-oxide alteration and structural signatures across HHE’s ground. A District-Scale Land Position HHE holds one of the largest natural hydrogen land positions in Nova Scotia’s Cumberland County / Cumberland Basin region, alongside its technical partner QIMC, positioned along the regional Cobequid-Chedabucto Fault Zone — the structural corridor that hosts all four of QIMC’s 2026 hydrogen-bearing drill holes. Richard Penn, President & CEO of First Atlas, commented: “The extension of our collaboration with QIMC allows First Atlas to immediately apply an exploration methodology that has generated significant hydrogen results elsewhere along the Cobequid-Chedabucto structural corridor. With active field crews already mobilized, we can rapidly advance systematic soil-gas sampling and magnetic surveys across our Cumberland Basin licences. Our objective is to build a technically robust dataset capable of supporting future drill target selection.” Program Details The initial phase of the HHE program will comprise: 1. Infill soil-gas geochemistry over priority elevated hydrogen anomalies on HHE’s licences, tightening sample spacing to refine anomalies suitable for drill targeting; 2. Ground magnetic surveying to map fault splays, breccia corridors, and iron-oxide alteration signatures analogous to those documented in DDH-26-04; 3. Integration of all datasets into QIMC’s R2G2™ targeting framework, with the objective of defining ranked drill targets for a maiden HHE drill program. The Company expects field activities to continue throughout the summer exploration season. Results will be released as they are received, compiled, and validated. Cautionary Note Regarding QIMC Results The drill results, soil-gas results, and geological interpretations referenced in this news release from QIMC’s West Advocate, Eatonville Road, and Bennett Hill projects, including DDH-26-04, are located on QIMC’s properties and not on the Company’s licences. First Atlas has not independently verified the technical information disclosed by QIMC and is relying on such information as publicly reported. Hydrogen concentrations and geological conditions on adjacent or nearby properties are not necessarily indicative of conditions on the Company’s properties, and geological continuity to HHE’s claims is not guaranteed. QIMC’s reported mud-gas readings are preliminary in nature. The IOCG-style alteration analogy reported by QIMC is preliminary and based on textural observations, with laboratory assays pending. FIRST ATLAS HIGHLIGHTS STRATEGIC POSITIONING OF ITS MATANE NATURAL HYDROGEN PROPERTY FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENTS IN QUEBEC’S HYDROGEN REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

Vancouver, British Columbia – First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE) (OTC Pink: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB0) (“First Atlas” or the “Company”) today highlights the strategic positioning of its Matane natural hydrogen property in Quebec following recent discussions surrounding Bill 17 before a parliamentary committee of the National Assembly of Quebec, including presentations made by the Company’s technical adviser, Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (“QIMC”) (CSE: QIMC) (OTCQB: QIMCF) (FSE: 7FJ). The Company believes that the ongoing development of a regulatory framework for natural hydrogen in Quebec reflects growing interest in the province’s potential to become a leading jurisdiction for natural hydrogen exploration and development in North America. CEO Commentary Richard Penn, President & Chief Executive Officer of First Atlas, commented: “Developments surrounding Bill 17 reflect the growing recognition of natural hydrogen as an emerging energy opportunity in Quebec. First Atlas believes its Matane property is strategically positioned within this evolving landscape. Our decision to engage QIMC as technical adviser was based on their experience in natural hydrogen exploration and their growing body of technical work in Quebec and Nova Scotia. We look forward to continuing our collaboration as we advance the evaluation of the Matane property.” The Company believes that increasing regulatory attention toward natural hydrogen in Quebec highlights the growing relevance of prospective exploration projects within the province. Strategic Focus on Quebec Since entering the natural hydrogen sector, First Atlas has focused on opportunities in Quebec based on the Company’s assessment of the province’s geological potential, regulatory environment, and emerging natural hydrogen industry. The Company believes the Matane Natural Hydrogen Project represents an attractive clean natural hydrogen exploration opportunity based on its geological setting and the technical work completed by its strategic partner, Québec Innovative Materials Corp. The property is in the Appalachian region of Québec and is positioned along the Schickshock-South fault zone, within a transition zone between Cambro-Ordovician and Siluro-Devonian rock formations. Publicly disclosed information indicates that the Matane region is characterized by basaltic and peridotitic source rocks, tectonized zones, deep fault systems, and porous and permeable sedimentary formations— features the Company believes may be favourable for natural hydrogen generation, migration, and potential accumulation. Management believes these characteristics support the Company’s objective of advancing exploration opportunities focused on naturally occurring hydrogen systems. Technical Relationship with QIMC First Atlas engaged QIMC as technical adviser based on the latter’s experience in natural hydrogen exploration and its ongoing exploration activities in Quebec and Nova Scotia. QIMC has developed proprietary exploration methodologies for identifying and evaluating natural hydrogen targets and has reported significant hydrogen occurrences during its exploration programs. First Atlas believes that access to this technical expertise strengthens the Company’s exploration strategy at Matane and provides valuable insight as exploration activities continue. A key component of QIMC’s technical approach is the evaluation of gas composition within naturally occurring hydrogen systems. Through its proprietary methodologies, QIMC assesses hydrogen occurrences using a combination of geological, structural, and geochemical indicators, including the relative absence of methane (CH₄) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). Looking Ahead As Quebec continues to evaluate and develop its regulatory framework for natural hydrogen exploration and development, First Atlas intends to continue advancing its understanding of the Matane property through ongoing technical evaluation and exploration planning. The Company believes that increasing scientific, industry, and governmental interest in natural hydrogen — including hydrogen occurrences exhibiting low concentrations of methane (CH₄) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) based on testing completed to date on First Atlas’ Nova Scotia assets— may create additional opportunities for exploration companies operating in jurisdictions with favourable geological characteristics and supportive regulatory environments. First Atlas Expands Application of QIMC’s Play-Based Natural Hydrogen Targeting Framework Across Springhill and Southampton Assets Following QIMC’s 10.77% H₂ Drill Result

HHE Programs to Be Targeted Using Play-Scale Footprint, Stacked-Domain and Structural-Continuity Criteria; Builds on 2025 Springhill Soil-Gas Programme (Peak 1,652 ppm H₂, 230 Samples) Vancouver, British Columbia – First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE) (OTC Pink: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB0) (“First Atlas” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its Nova Scotia Natural Hydrogen program. Building on the Company’s March 24, 2026 adoption of the Reactivated Rift and Graben Geostructure (R2G2™) exploration model developed by Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) (OTCQB: QIMCF) (FSE: 7FJ) (“QIMC”), First Atlas will now apply QIMC’s broader play-based hydrogen assessment methodology to its Springhill and Southampton-adjacent licence packages along the northern margin of the Cumberland Basin. This evolution is informed by QIMC’s most recent drill result at the West-Advocate project, which returned a peak mud-gas reading of 10.77% H₂ at 848 m depth in DDH-26-03, with five stacked percent-level H₂ readings within a 69-metre interval and a methane-free, CO₂-free gas signature consistent with a natural-hydrogen system (see QIMC press release dated May 20, 2026). QIMC has characterized the West-Advocate hydrogen occurrence as a play-scale system rather than a localized anomaly, with lateral continuity demonstrated over approximately 2.5 km along the Cobequid-Chedabucto structural corridor. First Atlas intends to apply the same play-based framework — emphasizing footprint, net structural thickness, and stacked-domain density — to its own assets. Highlights -Program evolution: First Atlas to apply QIMC’s play-based assessment methodology — footprint, net structural thickness, and stacked-domain density — across Springhill and Southampton-adjacent licences. The methodology applies system-scale structural and continuity analysis concepts commonly used in large-area subsurface exploration programs. – 2025 Springhill soil-gas baseline: 230 soil-gas samples collected in 2025 returned 17 results above 400 ppm H₂, three above 700 ppm, and a peak of 1,652 ppm H₂, with the strongest values where the Athol syncline intersects the Oxford Fault — a crustal-scale structure (see HHE/QMET press release dated September 17, 2025). – October 2025 verification: Detailed radon-thoron verification and follow-up hydrogen soil-gas testing confirmed multiple fault-controlled degassing corridors, with radon readings reaching up to 85,000 Bq/m³ and hydrogen values to over 1,662 ppm (see HHE/QMET press release dated October 29, 2025). – QIMC validation reference: QIMC has reported a peak H₂ mud-gas reading of 10.77% at 848 m in DDH-26-03, methane-free, supporting the interpretation of a structurally controlled natural hydrogen system within the Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor (see QIMC press release dated May 20, 2026). – Targeting work plan: HHE and QIMC are integrating the 2025 soil-gas, radon-thoron and structural datasets into a play-scale targeting framework for Springhill and Southampton-adjacent areas, in advance of First Atlas’s funded drilling programme being prepared with QIMC (initial holes targeting the Salt Spring and Apple River corridors, as previously disclosed). Why the Play-Based Approach Matters for HHE The play-based assessment framework, as adopted from QIMC’s West-Advocate work, shifts the unit of analysis from discrete drillhole responses to system-scale characterization of structurally pervasive hydrogen occurrences. Under this framework, system-scale prospectivity is evaluated using: – Areal footprint — the lateral extent of structurally controlled hydrogen anomalies along defined fault corridors; – Net structural thickness — the cumulative thickness of fault-and-fracture-controlled architecture interpreted to host hydrogen migration and accumulation; – Stacked-domain density — the number of vertically separated, fault-controlled domains within a given vertical section. QIMC has demonstrated, at West-Advocate, lateral continuity over approximately 2.5 km along the Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor, multiple vertically stacked hydrogen-bearing zones, and a methane-free, CO₂-free gas signature in DDH-26-03 (QIMC press release, May 20, 2026). QIMC has further interpreted the West-Advocate system as “structurally pervasive along the Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor, with hydrogen generation, migration and accumulation coupled within the same fault architecture.” HHE’s Springhill and Southampton-adjacent licences sit within the same basin (Cumberland Basin) and are interpreted by the Company to share key elements of the R2G2™ structural architecture — including reactivated graben margins, crustal-scale fault intersections (notably the Oxford Fault in the Springhill area), and demonstrated surface hydrogen anomalies. The reader is cautioned, however, that geological continuity and hydrogen concentrations on QIMC’s properties are not necessarily indicative of similar results on HHE’s properties. Application to Springhill The Springhill area, where the Athol syncline connects to the Oxford Fault, represents the highest-value HHE target under the play-based framework for three reasons disclosed by the Company to date: 1. Surface footprint already established — the 2025 soil-gas programme returned a peak of 1,652 ppm H₂ across 230 samples, with 17 results above 400 ppm. October 2025 radon-thoron verification confirmed fault-controlled degassing corridors with radon to 85,000 Bq/m³ — a strong vector for active subsurface hydrogen migration. 2. Structural correspondence with R2G2™ targeting criteria — the Athol-Oxford intersection is a major reactivated fault node analogous to the structural settings QIMC has been targeting along the Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor. 3. Disclosed forward programme — QIMC has previously disclosed it is finalizing drill hole locations for a planned drilling programme in the Springhill area to test priority advective hydrogen flow zones and fault-linked gas anomalies; collar locations and sequencing will be released when finalized (see HHE press release dated March 24, 2026). Application to Southampton (HHE Licences Adjacent to QIMC’s Southampton Area) First Atlas’s recent acquisitions include licences adjacent to QIMC’s Southampton hydrogen exploration area. The Company intends to apply the same play-based framework to these licences in coordination with QIMC, prioritizing: – Surface soil-gas and radon-thoron baseline surveying using the protocol developed by QIMC and INRS; – Structural mapping of reactivated fault and graben elements identified through regional geophysics; – Integration of HHE survey data with QIMC’s adjacent Southampton dataset to define a contiguous targeting footprint along the corridor where licence boundaries permit shared interpretation. CEO Commentary Richard Penn, President & CEO of First Atlas, commented: “QIMC’s results at West-Advocate — and specifically the 10.77% mud-gas peak at DDH-26-03 with five stacked percent-level readings in a 69-metre interval — fundamentally advance the case for treating Nova Scotia’s natural hydrogen occurrences as play-scale systems rather than isolated anomalies. Adopting the R2G2™ model was the first step. Applying QIMC’s play-based assessment framework to our Springhill and

FIRST ATLAS RESOURCES CORP. ADOPTS QIMC’S R2G2(TM) MODEL AS SUCCESSIVE DRILL RESULTS CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN HYDROGEN SYSTEM ALONG THE NOVA SCOTIA CORRIDOR

Latest QIMC Drill Results Demonstrate Increasing Hydrogen Concentrations with Depth Across Multiple Boreholes, Supporting Structural Targeting Framework Applied by HHE Exploration Highlights • Two QIMC drill holes confirm hydrogen across structurally controlled zones• Hydrogen concentrations increase with depth across multiple intervals• Results support a fault-controlled, vertically persistent system• R2G2™ model now supported by subsurface drilling data Vancouver, British Columbia — First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE) (OTC PINK: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB) (“First Atlas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it had previously engaged Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) to support its natural hydrogen exploration efforts in Nova Scotia and, as part of that engagement, is formally incorporating QIMC’s Reactivated Rift and Graben Geostructure (R2G2™) exploration model into its program, following the release of successive drill results from QIMC’s ongoing work at the West-Advocate project. Successive QIMC Drill Results Strengthen Model Validation QIMC has now reported results from multiple drill holes within the Cobequid-Chedabucto structural corridor, including DDH-26-01 and DDH-26-02, providing an expanding subsurface dataset that supports structurally controlled hydrogen systems. DDH-26-01 identified hydrogen-bearing intervals associated with fault-related fracturing, with hydrogen concentrations exceeding the instrument’s upper detection range of the GA5000 analyzer in multiple zones. These observations were further reinforced by DDH-26-02, which returned the highest relative hydrogen concentrations observed in the program to date. Notably, hydrogen concentrations were observed to increase with depth, with elevated values continuing toward the end of the borehole. The consistency of hydrogen occurrence and structural features across both drill holes supports a fault-controlled system, where reactivated structures may act as pathways for hydrogen migration and accumulation. A Validated Targeting Framework for HHE The R2G2™ model integrates: • Regional tectonic architecture• Reactivated fault systems• Structural repetition and compartmentalization• Soil gas anomalies and supporting geophysical signatures With multiple drill holes now demonstrating observed hydrogen presence within structurally complex zones, the model is increasingly supported by subsurface observations. For First Atlas, this provides a field-tested and drill-informed framework that can be applied across its Nova Scotia land position along the same structural corridor. Why R2G2™ Matters for First Atlas QIMC’s drilling at West Advocate has now provided multiple subsurface data points supporting the role of structural controls in natural hydrogen systems. Across both DDH-26-01 and DDH-26-02, observations indicate that secondary and reactivated fault networks act as conduits for hydrogen circulation, facilitating its movement through the subsurface. In DDH-26-01, hydrogen concentrations at depth exceeded the instrument’s upper detection range of the Company’s GA5000 gas analyzer across multiple intervals, while core logging identified extensive fault-related fracturing and deformation zones. These observations were further reinforced by DDH-26-02, which returned the highest hydrogen concentrations overall to date, with values observed to increase with depth toward the end of the borehole. The R2G2™ model is designed to identify these types of structural conduits prior to drilling, integrating tectonic architecture, fault reactivation patterns, soil gas anomalies, and geophysical signatures. Its application provides a systematic method for targeting zones of enhanced permeability and fluid migration, improving exploration efficiency and capital allocation. For First Atlas, adopting the R2G2™ framework enables the Company to prioritize drill targets using the same geological indicators and geochemical signatures that have guided QIMC’s ongoing exploration along the Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor. Soil gas surveys along the West Advocate trend have recorded hydrogen concentrations of up to 5,558 ppm, among the highest reported in Eastern Canada, while drilling has demonstrated repeated structurally controlled zones at depth across multiple holes. These combined results support an emerging understanding of the corridor as a structurally controlled hydrogen occurrence model, where fault intersections, reactivated graben boundaries, and zones of structural complexity may play a key role in controlling hydrogen occurrence and distribution. First Atlas’s upcoming drill program will apply R2G2™ targeting criteria to prioritize: • Reactivated fault zones and structural intersections• Graben-bounding and fault-controlled compartments• Geophysical anomalies associated with subsurface fluid pathways• Areas of coincident soil gas anomalies and structural indicators By leveraging this integrated approach, First Atlas is positioned to advance its exploration program using a systematic, technically informed framework aligned with ongoing drilling results along the corridor. These observations are preliminary in nature and are intended to guide ongoing exploration targeting. CEO Commentary Richard Penn, President & CEO, stated: “The strengthening hydrogen concentrations observed across successive drill holes — particularly the increase with depth in DDH-26-02 — significantly advances our understanding of the system developing along this corridor. What we are seeing is a structurally controlled hydrogen system that appears consistent across multiple boreholes and continues to strengthen at depth. The validation of the R2G2™ model provides us with a clear and actionable framework as we advance our own drill program. We believe First Atlas is well positioned within what is emerging as a prospective natural hydrogen exploration corridor in Nova Scotia.” John Karagiannidis, President & CEO of QIMC, added: “QIMC’s drilling results represent a watershed moment not just for our program, but for natural hydrogen exploration across the entire Cobequid-Chedabucto corridor. The successful application of the R2G2™ model provides a validated, drill-proven geological blueprint to guide targeting at a regional scale. The R2G2™ framework will sharpen drill targeting, reduce exploration risk, and position HHE and QIMC stakeholders to benefit from what we believe is an emerging district-scale hydrogen system in Nova Scotia.” Strategic Positioning Along a Shared Structural Corridor First Atlas holds exploration claims along the 300-kilometre Cobequid-Chedabucto structural corridor, where QIMC’s drilling has now confirmed: • Fault-controlled fluid pathways• Repeated structural deformation zones• Increasing hydrogen concentrations with depth These geological features are interpreted to extend regionally, providing First Atlas with direct exposure to the same structural environment now being actively tested through drilling. About Natural Hydrogen Natural hydrogen is a naturally occurring, carbon-free energy resource generated within the Earth’s crust. Unlike manufactured hydrogen, it requires no industrial processing and is increasingly being explored as a potential low-cost, low-emission energy source. About First Atlas Resources Corp. QMET Applauds QIMC Hydrogen Discovery at West Advocate; Strengthens Geological Case for QMET’s Upcoming Nova Scotia Drill Campaign

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Vancouver, British Columbia – Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (CSE: QMET) (OTC Pink: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB) (“QMET” or the “Company”) congratulates Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (“QIMC”) on its significant hydrogen discovery at the West Advocate Project in Nova Scotia, as disclosed yesterday. QIMC reported that its first diamond drill hole (DDH-26-01), part of a planned five-hole systematic program, intersected an approximately 40-metre-wide previously unmapped fault corridor between 142 and 191 metres depth, accompanied by elevated hydrogen (H₂) readings exceeding 1,000 ppm at surface (instrument upper detection limit), visible gas bubbling, and pressurized formation water inflow. The drilling program remains ongoing. QMET’s Nova Scotia hydrogen exploration lands are located immediately east of QIMC’s West Advocate discovery area and are operated by QIMC under a working relationship whereby QIMC leads exploration activities on behalf of QMET. The structural trends interpreted at West Advocate extend regionally toward QMET’s ground position, reinforcing the geological rationale for QMET’s upcoming drill campaign. Regional Structural Validation QIMC’s results confirm the presence of a structurally controlled hydrogen migration system associated with major deformation corridors in the Cobequid Highlands region. The identification of: provides compelling geological evidence that hydrogen occurrence in the Advocate district is structurally controlled rather than random or isolated. For QMET, this is particularly significant. Our land package lies along the interpreted eastern continuation of this same structural regime. The emerging district-scale hydrogen corridor concept materially strengthens the probability model underpinning QMET’s planned drill testing. Impact on QMET’s Upcoming Drill Campaign Richard Penn, CEO of QMET, commented: “We congratulate QIMC on this important discovery milestone. The confirmation of a hydrogen-bearing structural corridor at West Advocate materially de-risks the broader Advocate hydrogen district, including QMET’s ground to the east. The geological characteristics reported — including fault-controlled hydrogen migration, pressurized water inflow, and structural continuity toward Bennett Hill — support our thesis that this is not a single occurrence, but part of a larger, district-scale hydrogen system. As QIMC advances its five-hole program, QMET is preparing to test analogous structural targets on our claims. We believe the district has now transitioned from conceptual exploration to drill-confirmed structural validation.” QMET’s forthcoming drill program will target interpreted structural extensions, magnetic and gravity anomalies, and zones of coincident hydrogen, radon, and thoron anomalies identified in earlier surface work. The Company expects its drilling to directly test the eastern continuation of the structural corridor concept now supported by subsurface data. District-Scale Hydrogen Opportunity in Nova Scotia The Advocate region is rapidly emerging as one of the most active natural hydrogen exploration districts in North America. QIMC’s first-hole results — part of a systematic five-hole campaign — represent a key technical inflection point for hydrogen exploration in Nova Scotia. For QMET shareholders, this development: QMET remains well positioned to benefit from continued exploration success within the Advocate hydrogen corridor. About Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp.
